英國女歌手Adele自從《007系列電影》製作電影主題曲〈Skyfall〉後
相隔三年再次推出全新單曲啦!!!
MV 找來電影《親愛媽咪》的導演 Xavier Dolan 執導
拍攝地點在加拿大蒙特婁（Montréal）
為了讓大家感同身受並傳遞歌曲中對逝去感情眷戀與追憶的氣息
特別將整體畫面以棕褐色拍攝
MV特別請來Tristan Wilds來主演
在拍攝的時候Adele和Tristan Wilds為了傳達正確的情緒被要求“挖掘”自己過去的關係
特別拍攝了兩人有對話和笑的視頻
其中在一個小房子內外在一個樹木繁茂的森林
帶著哭腔打電話
以倒敘的方式呈現Tristan Wilds過去關係的場面
特別令人心痛

極具特色的菸嗓，歌曲中以輕描淡寫的〈Hello〉一聲

大家都紛紛上傳聽完歌痛哭流涕的照片

〈Hello〉講述的是原諒、放下、道歉，
我特別喜歡她曾說過的話
「時間是療癒傷口的橋樑，傷口還是會有，但最終還是要學會放下，人要先學著原諒自己、愛自己，才能繼續向前走。」

第三專輯定名為《25》為了讓粉絲了解定名原因，寫了這封信：
